SMS Messaging Policy

This SMS Messaging Policy describes the text messaging program operated by Dealer Traffic Systems ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program name and description

Program: Dealer Traffic Systems Customer Communications.

Description: A mixed customer care and marketing SMS program used to respond to inquiries submitted on our website, schedule and confirm demos and appointments, send service updates and account notifications, provide help when you request it, and occasionally share information about our AI automation products and services for automotive dealerships.

2. How to opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Dealer Traffic Systems by:

  • Submitting a form on our website (such as our Contact form) and checking the SMS consent checkbox, or
  • Texting us first from your mobile number and continuing the conversation, or
  • Verbally consenting during a phone call or sales conversation, where we explain that messages may be sent by SMS and that consent is not required to purchase.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You should not expect to receive more than a few messages per week under normal circumstances, but the exact number will depend on your inquiry and engagement.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • "Hi {Name}, this is Dealer Traffic Systems. Thanks for requesting a demo of our AI dealership automation. Are you available Thursday at 2pm ET? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
  • "Reminder from Dealer Traffic Systems: your demo is tomorrow at 10am ET. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • "Dealer Traffic Systems: new feature alert — our AI now books service appointments 24/7 from your website. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply YES to learn more, HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

6. Opt out — STOP

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

8. Supported carriers

All major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy — no sharing of mobile information

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subprocessors that help us deliver the SMS program (for example, our messaging platform and CRM) is permitted only as needed to provide the messaging service and as described in our Privacy Policy. Those service providers are not permitted to use SMS opt-in data or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Terms

Use of our SMS program is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
